A style I've been developing for a number of years, at least since Covid in 2020.  But most recently, September of 2024, I decided to codify the style and make it very "Palm Springs": Minimal and Modern: with an emphasis on Shape and Color.  I start with a photo that I've taken and "cut out" the subject inspired by the later works of Henri Matisse'.  I place these people into digital settings using the iconography of the desert: pools, palm trees and mountains.  I love playing with perspective, point of view and interpersonal relations.  As you get much further into the collection, you will come upon some much grander pieces.  I tend to create the big ideas first and then come back to earth.  The Full Moon drum circles and full-blown pool parties are there.  You can find even earlier sketches in the "Cut Out" section of the website.

The minimalist Mid-Century inspired "Photo/Graphics" are titled, signed and numbered. The 12x18 works are a limited edition of 50 and the 8x12 works are an edition of 100. The 4x6 works are an open edition.
