Now we get to the beauty of Palm Springs, the pool.  Not only are they a symbol of relaxation, but they are magical in their actual being.  Many "kids" add filters to their photos to create something unreal, but all Terry needs is a pool.  Nearly all of these photos are "as taken", meaning there is no use of photoshop except to brighten.  You will find two series of photos on this page; WATER, which is part of the Four Elements Series and HOCKNEY, inspired by the early paintings of David Hockney when he lived in Southern California.  The Hockney works have a minimalism to their reality, an actual lack of detail and an emphasis on the geometric.
