Following Wind, my next project was Water. After a sandy shoot at dunes in January, I returned home with yards of fabric coated in sand. Passing by the apartment pool, I realized it wouldn’t be used for months, so I decided to dip my fabric into the water and witnessed a stunning sight. I promised myself that once pool season arrived, I would have models swimming with the fabric. These photos are untouched, with no Photoshop applied except for brightness. The vibrant colors come from yards of fabric sourced from the Fabric District in downtown LA.
