“Connection” lays out a visual thesis in stripes: bold diagonals streak the sky in saturated blue, plum, saffron, and ember—like a sunset remembered by someone fluent in design logic. In the foreground, two cities are named—Palm Springs and Desert Hot Springs—linked by a stylized bridge that barely contains their civic personalities. Mountains, cut in velvet purple silhouette, anchor the scene like emotional infrastructure.
Why this slaps (respectfully):
The typography doesn’t ask for permission—it places itself, as if city limits were a poetic gesture
Each stripe feels like a historical mood ring for the Coachella Valley
The bridge exists somewhere between literal and conceptual—it could be real, imagined, or simply aspirational
