Digital pulp mythology in shades of reckoning
In this darker, more introspective rendering, Terry trades bravado for vulnerability. A lone figure in yellow shorts confronts a dragon rising from shadow — but the real battle isn’t physical. It’s internal. The blue-toned landscape sets the stage for a confrontation with truth, ego, and the parts of the self we’d rather not name.
The hero holds a spear. The monster wears his face.
And the question lingers: Who’s the real villain?
This piece is pulp as confession — mythic, moody, and emotionally loaded.
Because as the artist reminds us:
“The hardest thing to kill is the truth.”
