Suspended between Eden and Babylon, this pulp tableau stages a rite of passage in loincloth and longing. Tarzan grips the branch. Boy reaches out. Above them, the jungle watches—its glowing eyes silent, feline, and unforgiving. The Hanging Gardens are no paradise; they’re a stage for transformation, temptation, and voyeuristic judgment.
With the tagline “It was time for Boy to become a Man,” this piece blends jungle melodrama with mythic eroticism. It’s a swinging adventure, yes—but also a fall, a reach, and a reckoning. Babylon is watching. And Boy is willing.
