Archival canvas in brown wood floater frame

Signed | One-of-a-kind

A meditation on motion, shadow, and desert geometry.
Summer Winds stages a solitary wind turbine against a layered desert landscape—its long shadow cast across chromatic terrain of orange, yellow, and violet. This is not a scene, but a construction: horizontal bands echo atmospheric shifts, while the turbine stands as both sentinel and sculptural form.
Rooted in minimalist clarity and modernist restraint, the composition strips away excess to reveal structure. The turbine becomes a line, a gesture, a presence. Color is used not for decoration, but for architecture—each hue a plane, each band a building block. The work evokes the precision of Ellsworth Kelly and the spatial poise of Donald Judd, while remaining unmistakably desert-born.
Printed on canvas and presented in a brown wood floating frame, the piece balances warmth and edge—traditional material meets contemporary silhouette. The format adapts to residential, commercial, or gallery interiors, scaling with quiet grandeur.
