Reflective Properties reimagines reality through inversion and surface, presenting the world only as it appears in reflection. These works blur beauty and thought, offering calm desert geometry alongside subtle disorientation. When the horizon disappears, orientation becomes optional and the viewer chooses the version of the world they want to believe.

Reflective Properties is a digital‑and‑photographic art series by Terry Hastings exploring reflection, inversion, and perception through desert‑modernist imagery. Blending digitally reinterpreted visuals with photographic source material, the work examines how reality shifts when filtered through water, light, and surface. Discover contemporary desert art, reflective digital compositions, and inverted visual landscapes.
